Arguably one of the best summer festivals in the greater Los Angeles area (and free to boot), Make Music Pasadena has announced its return on June 6 with a massive-but-still-growing lineup, which includes headliners like How To Dress Well and Sir Sly.
Going strong in its eighth year, the music festival will run from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. throughout downtown Pasadena, including Old Town and the Playhouse District. With over 150 musical acts spanning a variety of genres like indie rock, Latin, and jazz, performing on five main stages and 30 smaller stages scattered throughout the streets at cool spots like parks, libraries, museums, rooftops and churches–it’s the one festival you can’t afford to miss; and with free admission, your wallet can take it too.
Last year’s headliners like Saint Motel, Surfer Blood, and Yuna, have made recent appearances at larger music festivals such as Coachella–this might just be your last chance to catch the artists on the bill before they blow up.
The full lineup can be viewed below, but more acts will be revealed in the coming weeks.
